Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an event or submit a response.

• Event name, description, and candidate dates
• Respondent name, availability answers, and comments

No account registration is required. We do not collect email addresses or passwords.

Data Storage and Deletion

• Data is stored on an external cloud service used by this site.
• Event data is automatically deleted 180 days after the last update.
• Event creators can manually delete their events at any time.
• Edit tokens for the events you created or answered, and your My-events records (event names, dates, etc.), are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to our servers. You can delete them anytime by clearing browser data or using the erase button on the My events page.

Push Notification Subscriptions

• When an organizer turns on notifications for responses or the deadline reminder, we store the delivery address issued by the browser (a push endpoint and its encryption keys), the display language, and the timezone offset used to avoid late-night delivery on our server.
• This information is used only to send notifications and is deleted when notifications are turned off, when the delivery address becomes invalid, or when the event's retention period expires.
• Notification messages never include participant names or response details.

Use of Standard Browser Technologies

We may store information through standard browser technologies to save theme and language preferences and to manage edit permissions for responses. We also use a third-party analytics tool to collect aggregate usage statistics in order to improve the service. If you have enabled Do Not Track in your browser, this analytics collection is not performed.

Advertising

This service may use third-party advertising services. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Third-Party Sharing
