• Event name, description, and candidate dates
• Respondent name, availability answers, and comments

No account registration is required. We do not collect email addresses or passwords.

Data Storage and Deletion

• Data is stored on AWS servers (Oregon, USA).
• Event data is automatically deleted 180 days after the last update.
• Event creators can manually delete their events at any time.

Use of Cookies

We use localStorage to save theme and language preferences. Tokens for managing edit permissions are also stored in localStorage. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share collected information with third parties.
